Take the magnificent flights across the Himalayan range to Tibet to visit Jokhang, the spiritual centre of Tibet. Mingle with pilgrims along the bustling Barkhor bazaar. Spend time at the Potala Palace, former summer palace of the Dalai Lama.

IN NEPAL an option exists to also stay in the famous Chitwan National Wildlife Park to enjoy elephant-back pursuits , exotic wildlife and elusive Tigers and a spiritual day in Lumbini Lord Buddha’s birthplace.

Our journey incorporates all the major attractions of these ancient Buddhist and Hindu Kingdoms. Beginning in Kathmandu, surrounded by Himalayan peaks, we take a glimpse of medieval times revealed in its wooden buildings, temples, narrow streets, and palaces. PROPOSED ITINERARY ONLY (subject to local conditions)

Day 1: Oct 14th: depart UK for Nepal.
Day 2: Oct 15th: Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to hotel to acclimatise.
Day 3: Oct 16th: Visit Sacred sites Kathmandu.

Day 4: Oct 17th: Fly to Paro in Bhutan.
Day 5: Oct 18th: Visit the capital Thimpu and the Tibetan herbal hospital. Overnight Thimpu.
Day 6: Oct 19th: Drive via the Douchula pass to Punaka to visit tibetan monastery. And overnight.
Day 7: Oct 20th: Drive to Wangdue for visits.
Day 8: Oct 21st: Return to Paro to overnight.
Day 9: Oct 22nd: Optional visit to the world famous Tiger's nest monastery overnight.
Day 10: Oct 23rd: Return flight to Kathmandu Nepal for cultural evening and overnight.
Day 11: Oct 24th: Fly UK or continue with Tibet Tour.

Day 11: Oct 24th: Fly Lhasa for Tibet. Acclimatise and visit Jokhang monastery and the bustling Barkhor.
Day 12: Oct 25th: Visit Potala Palace and other sacred sites.
Day 13: Oct 26th: Visit other sacred sites.
Day 14: Oct 27th Journey to Gyanste monastery. Then on to Xigatse.
Day 15: Oct 28th:Visit Xigatse monastery .
Day 16: Oct 29th: Return to Lhasa to Overnight.
Day 17: Oct 30th Fly Lhasa back to Kathmandu am. Enjoy rest of day for last minute shopping.
Day 18: Oct 31st Fly UK or elsewhere.

A shorter 4 day Tibet Extension is also offered approx price £1200

Take a 3 night /4 day retreat up in the hills for restoration and meditation and treatments. Price £400

Cost includes:
