The Holy Land of Scotland - two tours

Tour 1: Sacred Scotland and the World in Transition Conference
20-25th June 2008 (Summer Soltice)

Tour 2: Grail Quest: the Templars & early Celtic Saints
17-24th September 2008 (Autumn Equinox)

Cultural holiday to Scotland

We invite you to come and experience a choice of two amazing journeys through Scotland, ancient land of Alba, steeped in Mysticism, as we explore some of its Sacred Holy Places and its ancient Celtic, Hebraid and Druid heritage, much of it even preceding the Jesus Mission.

Experience the mysteries of the holy Heart of Glen Lyon and its ancient evocative power sites, where the star seeded Christic consciousness was anchored by wandering Hebraic tribes long ago.

These Spiritual Tours offers you the opportunity to step into another Dimension, where we can open Portals, work with the Energies, using ourselves as vehicles for Transformation, Love and Light Transmissions and create our own reality.

Tour 1:
Sacred Scotland and the World in Transition Conference
20-25th June 2008 (Summer Soltice)

We invite you to join us on this special tour of Scotland, visiting several sacred power sites as well as attending the 'World in Transition' conference.

Celebrate the Summer Solstice in the ancient land of Alba were we will travel in an awakened consciousness into this timeless and serenely peaceful place of mysticism.

Proposed Itinerary (dependent on local conditions)

Day 1: Wed. June 20 – Meet Glasgow airport and Drive to Rosslyn (1.5 hrs approx.) for afternoon visit.

Day 2: Thurs. June 21 – Over these next few days we will experience the highly charged spiritual energies of Glen Lyon, the sacred heart of ancient Caledonia.
We will visit Dunkeld Cathedral and St Mary’s Church and view locally an extraordinary heraldic painting, the central panel of which is based on the Resurrection symbol found on the Judgement card in the Tarot, suggesting that there may have been a Grail Chapel connected to the Holy Grail Bloodline.
p.m. We will visit Dull Church and its sanctuary cross (the primary seat of learning for the Celtic Culdee Church), Schiehallion (the 'Fairy Hill of the Caledonian') the holy mountain of Scotland.

Day 3: Fri. June 22 – We will visit the famous Fortingall Yew which is believed to be the oldest in Europe, and Croft Moraig megalithic stone circle (c3000 BC). Also Kenmore: the falls with Hermits Cave and Church commemorating the birth there of Pontius Pilat
p.m. Visit Glen Lyon including the Roman bridge, the Praying Hands of Mary, and other places.

Day 6: Mon. June 25 – Depart for Glasgow airport and our homeward journey.

Tour 2:
Grail Quest: the Templars & early Celtic Saints
17-24th September 2008 (Autumn Equinox)

We penetrate the Mists of Time and reveal the abiding and sustaining truths on which 'western' spirituality is founded, with a compelling visit to Rosslyn Masonic Chapel, seat of the early Templars, with its many Ancient Mysteries (made even more famous by the best selling Da Vinci Code) as well as other sacred site visits.

BARRY DUNFORD, author of Jesus in Scotland and The Gospel of the Grail, will probably be accompanying Sandra Straw on this revelatory adventure again this year.

Proposed Itinerary (dependent on local conditions)

Day 1: Meet at Glasgow airport. Join group and drive to Edinburgh, and on to Rosslyn. Visit Rosslyn Chapel and Castle, working with the energies and taking lunch at appropriate time.

Day 2: Visit Rosslyn Glen and Templar site at Temple Village (Ballantrodoch) and Templar Gate. After fleeing from France the Templar tradition took root in Scotland taking over the bearers of the Old Culdean/Gnostic Knowledge, and was founded by Hugh de Payenne and closely commanded by knowledgeable clans like the Sinclairs and the Stewarts. The Rosslyn Masonic Chapel is famed world wide for the beauty of its carvings, but more for the aura of mystery and magic that surrounds it. Drive to Glen Lyon region and overnight at Fortingall.

Day 3: Over these next few days we will experience the highly charged Spiritual Energies of this unique area. We visit the sacred heart of ancient Caledonia and view locally an extraordinary heraldic painting, the central panel of which is
based on the Resurrection symbol found on the Judgement card in the Tarot, suggesting that there may have been a Grail Chapel connected to the Holy Grail Bloodline.

Day 4: We will visit the famous Fortingall Yew Tree and Church commemorating the birth there of Pontiius Pilate, the Croft Moraig power sites, and stone circle, Kenmore.
p.m. Visit Glen Lyon including the Roman bridge, the Praying Hands of Mary, and other places.

Day 5: Travel to Oban and then by ferry to the Isle of Mull.
p.m. Visit an ancient Chapel site on Mull, and also Kilmore Church at Dervaig. A silent island of panoramic views, atmosphere and charm.

Day 6: We spend a full day on Iona, St. Columba’s Holy Island. Iona is often referred to as “The Cradle of Christianity in Scotland”. Here we can spend time with attunements connecting to the sacred energies. Visit Iona Abbey, Nunnery, and walk to the sands at the north of the Island.

Day 7: Visit sacred Hermit's cell.

Depart for Glasgow airport and home.

£695 approx. (excluding travel to and from Scotland)

Price includes shared Bed & Breakfast accommodation.
