Journey back in time with us on a Pilgrimage throughout the sacred sites of the Cathar region of south-west France, touching as we will on the deep secrets surrounding Jesus, the Cathars and Mary Magdalene (made even more poignant with the revelations in The Da Vinci Code book and blockbuster movie).
We will visit many sacred powerful sites, and have wonderful meditations and personal experiences on this journey. Highlights will include Rennes-le-Chateau; the walled city of Carcassonne, which was a major commercial place of exchange for the Celts/Druids and the Phoenicians; and the magnificence of Arle, which housed a major Templar stronghold. We will visit the chapel where the relics of Mary Magdalene are kept, and take the pilgrimage route to meditate in the cave where she spent the latter years of her life and wrote her memoirs. This mountain was sacred to Isis and has been considered Holy Ground for thousands of years.

Other highlights include the beautiful village of Minerve; Montsegur, Cathar citadel of last resistance; and also Lastours. In the first decade of 12th century, Cabaret had become Languedoc's foremost shrine in the pilgrimage of courtly love. Our final destination is Albi whose cathedral was built to symbolise the Roman Church's power and victory over the 'Albigensian Heresy' and the beautiful church of Saint Salvi close by.
Our visit would not be complete without joining in the unequalled atmosphere of the annual Gypsy Pilgrimage with processions celebrating the 'Saint Mary's of the Sea' as well as the gypsy patroness St. Sarah, who landed here seeking refuge following the Crucifixion. It is a festival of international colour, celebrating the spirit of great women who were spiritual pioneers and healers. Visit the church associated with the arrival of the Grail Family from Palestine and to meet the most beautiful and powerful 'Black Madonna' revered by the Gypsies of Europe as St Sarah.

Pilgrimage to Lourdes: a 3-day Retreat - Summer 2008
Join us on this magical pilgrimage to Lourdes, a small town in the Hautes Pyrenees region of south-west France. 149 years ago, in 1858, Our Blessed Lady appeared to a young peasant girl, Bernadette Soubirous, at the Grotto of Massabielle in this town. Since then many millions of pilgrims have prayed in Lourdes requesting Our Lady intercede on their behalf to her son, Jesus Christ. Bernadette related Our Lady’s wish for people to come on pilgrimage to Lourdes and we extend that invitation to you.
Visit the original Spring inside the Grotto discovered by Bernadette as she dug with her hands into the ground at Our Lady’s request. This Spring is now channelled into the Baths where many people have been miraculously cured and where you are invited to bathe, drink from the special taps and to bottle the water to take home.
