PROPOSED ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrive in Sri Lanka and check into a pre-booked hotel from midday onwards to relax and recuperate.
Day 2: Local sightseeing. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Drive via Colombo and then along the palm fringed beaches on the touristically developed southwest coast via the Dutch Fort of Galle. Lunch and a chance to swim. Continue along the south coast before turning inland across paddy fields and lakeside scenery to the holy city of Kataragama, hopefully for the Temple Puja to the Universal Deity, Murugan.
Day 4: Take the scenic drive inland through the mountains passing the spectacular waterfalls on the way to Nuwara Eliya – a charming ‘English Raj hill station high up in the island’s picturesque ‘Green Gold’ tea plantations. We visit the renowned ‘Hill Club' for English tea!
Option: an overnight ascent of Sri Pada mountain - one of the island’s most profound spiritual experiences at sunrise. (4-hr ascent on steps.) Adam’s Peak is listed in Robert Coon’s vision amoung the 156 major powerpoints making up the planetary New Jerusalem ‘Christ grid’ now being activated. Participants rejoin the group in Kandy next day. A small supplement will be charged for extra transport and guides in attendance.

Visit the fabulous (2nd century BC) rock caves temple with exquisite ancient frescoes and reclining Buddhas. After lunch proceed to Sigiriya for late afternoon sightseeing at the 5th century ’Lion Rock’ fortress power-site, with a steep climb to the palace ruins on top, and the famous ‘Sigiriya damsels’ frescoes.

Kataragama pilgrims
Excellent – enough time in both meditation and activity. Excellent opportunity to reconnect with certain energies. A joyous experience with plenty of ‘added extras’.
I’ve awakened to a greater part of myself – everything truly is within.
